Finding a good Article

Yesterday in my gp class,all of us were told to find an article through the internet and give opinion for each one.For me,it is quite hard as it is very confusing to find a better article :) *sigh*

Obesity

First of all,do you know what is the meaning of obesity?

well,I am going to tell you.Obesity is a condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to such an extent that health may be negatively affected.It is commonly defined as a body mass index(BMI=weight divided by height squared) of 30 kg/m square or higher.This distinguishes it from being overweight.

Obesity is a major risk factors for a number of chronic diseases,including diabetes,cardiovascular diseases and cancer.Most of the urban countries in the world had this kind of problem.

so,do you think obesity is a problem in our country(Brunei)?

Perhaps yes.This is because last time,I saw some people got overweight.This is due to lack of physical exercise and also,diet.As you all know,sometimes people like this might just be lazy.If this fails,anti-obesity drugs and bariatric surgery can be done.Actually,obesity has been found to reduce life expectancy.

First day of November

Today..especially in my GP class,each of us learned how to create a blog..well,at first it is not that easy since it takes longer time to verify the email and make a password..

This is my first time doing it..so,forgive me if there is a mistake..We used the computer in the lab at Block B..It was fun!!We got enough facilities there..like,the lab is so cold that I almost shivered!!*sigh*

From what I know,learning GP is essential in which we can gain more knowledge about the issues in the world..

and yet....Sorry...I am speechless now.....
